Wellness Walk Wednesdays

Step into wellness every Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Join friends, family, and community members for a refreshing walk set to classic 90s R&B and Gospel music. This free fellowship opportunity promotes health, joy, and connection for all ages.

Elite Perfections Free Dance Classes

Express yourself through movement with Elite Perfections! Free dance classes are offered every Monday from 5:00 PM – 5:55 PM at 1400 B Street, Wilmington, DE. Designed for ages 7–17, these classes encourage creativity, discipline, and fun. All participants are asked to wear all-black attire.

Open Gym

Enjoy free access to the Wholeness Center gym during designated hours. Open Gym provides a safe, welcoming space for exercise, recreation, and fellowship. Whether you’re maintaining your fitness routine or simply enjoying an active lifestyle, the gym is open to all community members.
