About the Wholeness Center

The Wholeness Center is a community hub designed to strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. Our goal is to provide safe, accessible spaces where individuals and families can pursue wellness, creativity, and connection at every stage of life.

From building strength in our weight room and playing basketball in the open gym, to enrolling youth in free dance programs, scheduling singing lessons, or enjoying weekly walks on the indoor track, the Wholeness Center offers opportunities that bring people together and encourage healthy living.

At its core, the Wholeness Center reflects a commitment to whole-person wellness — nurturing physical health, supporting emotional growth, and creating spaces where community can flourish.

Open Gym

Stay active and connected in our Community Open Gym, available every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Enjoy access to the indoor track, basketball courts, and fitness center. With opportunities for youth and adults, it’s a safe and welcoming space to build strength, play, and have fun. (Ages 7+ for gym use, 18+ for the weight room.)

Wellness Walk Wednesday

Take a midweek break and join us every Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM for Wellness Walk Wednesdays. Enjoy classic 90s R&B and gospel music while walking on our indoor track, fellowshipping with friends, and prioritizing your health. This program is open to all and designed to keep wellness simple and fun.

Dance Classes 

Youth ages 7–17 can express creativity and build confidence through our Elite Perfections Dance Classes. Led by skilled instructors, these free weekly sessions introduce movement, discipline, and artistry in a supportive environment. Classes are held every Monday from 5:00 PM – 5:55 PM, with all-black attire required.
